DreamoraRequest account deletion
You can request permanent deletion even if Dreamora is no longer installed. Send the request from the same email address you use to sign in to Dreamora so we can verify account ownership.

What to include
- Write from the Google email address connected to your Dreamora account.
- State clearly that you want your Dreamora account and associated data deleted.
- Include your Dreamora account email if it differs from the address sending the request.
Data that will be deleted
- Your Dreamora account and profile information.
- Dream entries, conversations, messages, interpretations, and saved Insights.
- Profile images, selfies, and other files associated with your account.
- Push-notification device tokens, daily usage records, and account-linked notification records.
Deleting Dreamora does not delete your Google account. You may separately manage Dreamora's Google access from your Google Account settings.
Timing and limited retention
After ownership is verified, we aim to complete deletion from active systems within 30 days and will confirm completion by email. Protected backup copies may remain for up to 90 additional days before routine deletion. We may retain only limited records when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or resolving a dispute. Any retained data remains protected and is not used for Dreamora personalization or marketing.
Delete only selected content
If you want to delete specific dream content while keeping your account, describe the content and request in your email. We will explain the available options after verifying your account.
