DreamoraAgreement to these terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Dreamora. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Dreamora.
Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. You are responsible for the Google account used to access Dreamora, activity under your Dreamora account, and keeping your device secure. Information you provide must be accurate and must not impersonate another person.
What Dreamora provides
Dreamora provides tools to record and organize dreams, chat about dream experiences, receive AI-assisted interpretations, and view recurring patterns across groups of dreams. Features, availability, usage limits, and plan allowances may change as the service develops.
Reflection only; not professional advice
Dream interpretations and Insights are generated for reflection and entertainment. They can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Dreamora does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or other professional advice and must not be used to diagnose or treat any condition.
If you are in danger, experiencing a crisis, or need medical or mental-health assistance, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional. Do not delay professional care because of content generated by Dreamora.
Your content
You keep ownership of the original dreams, messages, images, and other content you submit. You grant Dreamora a limited, worldwide license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service, generate requested outputs, and comply with law. You confirm that you have the right to submit your content.
Acceptable use
You may not use Dreamora to break the law, violate another person's rights or privacy, harass or exploit anyone, distribute malware, probe or disrupt our systems, bypass plan limits or security controls, automate abusive traffic, reverse engineer protected service components, or submit content you have no right to use.
Plans, purchases, and changes
Dreamora may offer free or paid plans with different daily limits and features. Before any paid purchase is completed, the applicable price, currency, renewal terms, and cancellation method will be shown through the relevant store or purchase flow. Store billing and refund rules may also apply. A plan displayed in a testing version does not create a right to purchase it.
Intellectual property
Dreamora's software, design, branding, artwork, and service content, excluding your original content, are owned by or licensed to Dreamora and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the app.
Service availability and termination
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create risk, or misuse the service. You may stop using Dreamora at any time and may request account deletion through our Data Deletion page.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Dreamora is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate. To the extent permitted by law, Dreamora and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without overriding consumer protections that apply in your place of residence. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be handled by courts with competent jurisdiction in India, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to Dreamora or applicable law. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
